About the role

Own the content engine behind Interval and the Get Over Yourself podcast. From client marketing campaigns to video ads, podcast clips, and guest outreach, this is a remote role based in the Philippines for a creative who can edit, write, and ship every day.

About Interval

Interval is an AI powered collections platform, and we operate in two distinct ways. First-party collections, run through Interval AI Corporation, puts our AI to work under a business’s own brand, with custom controls on tone, contact, and messaging, so outreach always feels like it is coming from the business itself. Third-party collections is handled by our subsidiary, Interval Recovery Services, a licensed collection agency that steps in once first-party efforts have run their course and operates under its own compliance framework.

Across both, our thesis stays the same. An overdue balance does not erase the person behind it. We build Interval so every overdue consumer is seen and heard, given clear information and real options, rather than pressure alone. Getting businesses paid while treating consumers like people is the balance our team is here to build and protect.

What you'll do

Send new marketing material to existing clients, including new feature announcements, product releases, and webinar invitations.
Help create new ad copy across formats: edit video ad creatives and build still creatives like images and carousels.
Edit the Get Over Yourself podcast, then repurpose the best clips into short-form content and post them online.
Write engaging video content ideas and scripts around finance topics.
Proactively reach out to great entrepreneurs and book them as guests on the Get Over Yourself podcast.
Post content about Interval on Reddit, building community presence and engagement.
Help generate backlinks for SEO and AEO, identifying and securing high-quality link opportunities.

What we're looking for

Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong video editing skills, with a portfolio or reel that shows your work.
An eye for ad creatives that perform, across both video and static formats.
Comfortable writing scripts and hooks for short-form video.
Organized and self-directed: you can run outreach, a content calendar, and edits in parallel.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
Based in the Philippines.
