Our role is to provide businesses with tools to automate their communication with customers regarding unpaid invoices or past-due balances. 10. HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). If you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA and you use ADAM or EVE to process PHI, the following measures are in place to ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements:

As a software company, Interval protects and safeguards all data in the threat of cyberattacks and other leaks. We never will ask for sensitive information regarding a customers health and status. All HIPPA compliance falls on your businesses practices and treatments. Interval LLC is not responsible for any suits or complaints in regards to HIPPA compliance. As a business that signs up to use Interval software products, you take full responsibility to handle all issues or disputes in regards to this topic. Likewise you recognize our software is solely to help alleviate some of the stress of getting customers to pay. It's your businesses job to fully safeguard your patients and customers and never give up their sensitive information.
